1st Opti
Lots, and lots, and LOTS of ice! I thinned mine out considerably, mixing with ice chips and water, and tossing in a flavoured syrup (caramel, raspberry, or coconut) for good measure. That made it work for me.
Keep your eyes on that prize and it'll all be worth it! Guaranteed! Good luck! (Oh, and remember the Metamucil helps immensely while on Opti!)

I did coffee in my vanilla and made it with warm water and a blender, it was my version of a vanilla latte! I also used some of the syrups now and then for a change.
In the chocolate, I added coconut extract and sometimes a little banana too - it wasn't horrible.
The first couple of days were the hardest for me, then it just got easier and easier.
I know that there are a lot of people who say they hate the OPTI, but there are plenty of us who didn't hate it that much.
Good luck.
Surgery Scheduled for December 19, 2013. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME!
Try some cinninnon or pumpkin spice with the vanilla, and I added mint extract to the chocolate. I did 4 weeks, it gets easier. Drink lots of water. You got this, before u know it 3 weeks will be over
