US trip....product/food suggestions
I get my chewable vitamins from the USA (Centrum orange flavoured chewables) that are not available in Canada.
I also cannot find Citracal Petites (calcium citrate) in the Ottawa area so the USA is better for those.
I'd like to see what other people say; I'm hoping to take a jaunt to the USA in the next month or so to stock up myself!

I find that the peach ice tea by crystal light tastes better there. Trader Joes has lots of great stuff. They have a canned chillli that tastes as close to homemade I have ever had out of a can. There are also some wraps. I think they are called mission something. They are small. Have a lot of protein and taste way better than anything in Canada. Can't see what I am typing here. Love this website but wi**** was easier to use
The ONLY thing I buy from the USA are Perfect Zone protein bars,...sometimes Luna brand as well...Protein Bars are so expensive here that I buy a box of 24 bars for $19.99 at Sams wholesale.
as far as vitamins etc...I stick with Canadian brands other than my bariatric Advantage multi vitamin, as Canada has more strict testing standards and if there was a recall of a vitamin or product I would probably never know.
prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
