Morning
In to my old office for a few hours this morning.....then home for paperwork and a long walk.....eating going well since I returned from the south
STEPS - gotta purchase a fitbit....I really miss it
EATS
B - lots of coffee...couple of regular and then switch to decaf
Premier protein shake
L - 1 cup of crack coleslaw
D - 2 cups Green salad with tomatoes and full fat dressing
3 oz of stuffed turkey breast
4-5 asparagus spears
2 TB of gravy
S - Source 35 calorie yogurt

This is a big day. Drum roll please.... I’m officially in “One”derland... 199.00 lbs!!! I still have a good chunk of weight to lose, but man -- oh man, this feels good! Posting here and your support have been so beneficial. I’m also grateful to be in the CBT program – the timing couldn’t have been better.

L- 1% FF cottage cheese with diced raw vegetables and chicken soup
