Good morning,

Not much going on today, just work then home with a little shopping for  milk, eggs and such.

 

B- Protein shake, 1/2 thin bagel toasted w/  1 teaspoon peanut butter

S-  greek yogurt w/ SF puddingpowder

L- Sweet Chili Thai tuna, kale salad

D- ground chicken chili

S- cuccumbers and hummus

RNY  5 Years Post Op

Morning

Great to be home.....Lake Erie was still full of ice and snow when we drove by....but it looks spring like here.......after a wonderful winter of activities and socializing....its time for boot camp and no wine for awhile.....

Full day of unpacking and organizing.....

 

STEPS - in the car all day....maybe 1500

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

S - ham - cheese roll up - 1

 

L - Green salad with veggies and 1 TB of full fat dressing

    4 oz grilled chicken

 

D - 1 cup of eat smart sweet kale salad with poppyseed dressing

     4 oz grilled chicken

 

S -      Source Lemon meringue yogurt

         TEA....and lots of it

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 930,  Carbs - 43 Grams,  Fat - 27 Grams,  Protein - 104 Grams

 

All water.....2 - 3 litres....plus all vits

Glad you got home safe. I understand Erie froze over completely this winter. Only Lake Ontario stayed open. It makes the winds off the lakes really cold

Good morning all. Had a good time last night at East End coffee. Riding my bike home tonight. The women's group I go to is having a speaker on gardening tonight. Looking forward to that.

My daughters dog is small and so ugly he is cute. He constantly wants to be picked up and sit on your knee. It is so hard not to pick him up but I appear to be allergic to him. May have to pick up some allergy med until he moves out

8 Years Post-op

Morning all :)

Time to get back into my routine. Really happy to see you all and I hope everyone is doing well! Weighed myself this morning as part of my get back in your routine plan and thrilled to see 119 pounds. Whew! Great to know that after 8 years and plenty of life craziness that I still know how to use my surgery and maintain at below goal. I really miss tracking my intake in an accountable way (here) so here goes:

B - half cup Greek yogurt, 2 large mugs of coffee with cream

S - 2 breakfast sausages, 1 egg scrambled with onion, mushroom, cheddar, sliced tomato

(more coffee)

S2 - handful of green grapes

L - 2 oz swiss cheese, 1 oz kielbasa, 8 crackers, 1 dill pickle, sliced cucumber and tomato, a little ranch for dipping, apple, quarter cup edamame

S - Bengal spice latte, handful of grapes, almonds

D - going out for dinner, going to have salad with grilled chicken

Your menu reminds me that I bought edamame the last time I was at Costco, and I put it in the back freezer and forgot about it. I guess I know what one of my snacks will be tomorrow...

4 Months +

Missed posting yesterday as I had to go to Ottawa to pick my son up. Got back and had to go show a house. I did log my food though. Didn’t get on my treadmill. Today is weigh in day and I managed to lose 7 lbs. I seem to lose it in chunks…stay somewhat the same for a couple of weeks then a big loss

Steps 5631 – I need a day of rest when my knees act up. Back at the treadmill this morning.

B-protein shake

S- greek vanilla yogurt, protein powder

Lunch – ham, light swiss cheese roll up cucumbers

S- babybels, turkey pepperette

Dinner – chicken curried, baby carrots

FITNESS PAL Calories 887 Carbs 33 Fat 30 Protein 126
