Barb, have a safe trip tomorrow.
Going to be a beautiful day today, weathernetwork says we are going to hit 22 today! I think I will head to the park with the doggie for a long walk. Then some chores to do at home before going back to work tomorrow. It has been a great long weekend :)
B- 100 gr Source cherry yogurt, 2 oz Greek turkey burger, protein coffee
L- 1/2 PC Thin Multigrain Bagel, poached egg, 1/4 cup garden salad w/ dressing

Morning Barb, enjoy your trip north, we will keep the thread going ...I had a great Easter but ate some of the wrong things, so i am back on track today...Its amazing how my mind tries to justify eating crap, like i have reached my goal so i will treat myself, or i will just do more exercise, or a little bit wont hurt me...Well thats no going to fly i have worked to hard to get where i am and its too early to be doing this crap..On a good note my husband and i are moving into our OWN apt . And my son and daughter in law and grandson are taking our house , i am so happy but will really miss my grandbaby..But we will only be down the hill lol... And my new home will be junk FREE...

Good morning everyone! This morning I tried mixing sf almond breeze with davinci chai tea sf syrup and plain protein powder, then heated it in the microwave. It was really yummy! A few days ago I tried the same with decaf coffee but the water was too hot when I added the powder, and the result was clumpy bits, not too appetizing. Well it is back to work for me tomorrow after a nice long weekend. Did not have a great food day yesterday nutritionally and am looking to get back on track. I was wondering if anyone knows whether you can freeze the deli meat and cheese rolls for lunches or do they have to be made fresh?
b - 2 cups protein chai tea, apple

d - cauliflower with tomato sauce and old cheddar
drinks: protein chai tea, Dasani grape, Dasani pink lemonade
snacks: sf greek yogurt with cottage cheese

L: 1 can of tuna, 1TBSP of FF mayo, 1 TBSP of salsa, 1 TBSP of sour cream, 1/2 cup brocoli slaw
S: 1 protein bar, 1 apple
D: 4oz shake 'n' bake chicken, 1/2 cup broccoli slaw, 1 tbsp of sour cream and 1tbsp of brocoli slaw. the last 18g of my SF easter bunny
S: 2 tbsp of PB
