ffs they still haven't updated their lists?

I drove around Ottawa and checked every freakin' pharmacy 2.5 years ago looking for Spectrum 22 or a chewable with iron.

I have the Quest adult chewables and just take an iron pill every second day.

No, the meal planner was last updated in 2011 at omc and still includes spectrum 22 - even a photo! I just bought some of the opurity ones from the states for right after but may switch once I can tolerate pills. I hear you about the runaround - I was not impressed to say the least!
