Going to be a rough eating day today.....out for breakfast - lunch party with friends....****tail party tonight......thankfully home for dinner......I have looked up the lunch restaurants menu and selected my meal....will have a small glass of wine at the ****tail party......only a few more days until I leave for home so going to enjoy
STEPS - likely 10,-12,000 or so....golfed yesterday

B1 - Premier protein shake - trying the new strawberry vanilla
B 2 - bagel with light crème cheese
L - Lobster cobb salad
glass of sauvignon blanc
****tail party - small glass of cabernet sauvignon
D - 2 slices of Cdn bacon

DH is sleeping for a while (night shift) then we are heading North to Mom and Dad's for 2 days. It will be nice to get away.
B- Protein coffee, 2 oz chicken breast, 3/4 cup yogurt
S- 1/2 cup light ricotta w/ stevia/ 1/4 cup mix berries
L- 3/4 cup Sweet Kale Salad w/ dressing, 2 oz chicken breast

Good morning everyone!
I’m so looking forward to seeing most of my family today and eating the delicious fish dishes they have prepared. I’ve been put in charge of dessert and decided to serve individual mini sponge cakes with vanilla Greek yogurt and fresh berries. It’s been a great week – a lot of positive things have come my way, including a call from TWH confirming the dates of my upcoming CBT. Unfortunately I’ve had to use my puffer this week due to some lung stuff and I always seem to gain/retain when I use it ... so no weighing myself until I’ve been off it for a few days ... I don’t want to discourage myself unnecessarily.

Good morning all. Sounds like a fun day Barb. I had a huge breakfast this morning so off for a walk shortly. I rode my bike home yesterday. It was awful. There was a really strong gusting wind. Twice I stopped and walked to catch my breath. So taking it a little easier today. I think sometimes I need to remember my age LOL
