Good book for emotional eaters...

I just found a book for us emotional eaters. I haven't finished it yet but it looks good. I've always used food for comfort and am trying to establish new coping skills and techniques that do no include food.
The book is " 50 ways to soothe yourself without food." Written by Susan Albers, PSY.D. I ordered in online from Chapter's.
If I only find a couple of ideas that i can use it will have paid for itself.
