smells

well its getting a little better but today I made a pot of home made soup for my Hubby and it smelled so amazing I hope i'm not going the other way now.  I have my surgery in 6 days and up till now i could not stand some of the cooking aromas.  Today was much different my tummy was making so much noise I couldn't believe it.  Well at least I came away unscathed and tomorrow is a new day :-)   Val

With not having certain foods for a while, the smell of them can cause an issue.  You might find this different after surgery again.

Soup is a comfort food for everyone which has little fat.  So if it was one that you make a lot, the comfort of it would make it smell that much better.
