OPTI - Day 3

Hey Jennie,

I am from Peterborough as well. I am leaving to go to the hospital in just a few mins for my surgery. We stayed the night last night up here in Toronto. Let me be one of the first to tell you I agree Opti was the worst! I did however prefer chocolate to the vanilla. I had to guzzle every single drink I had. I can tell you that if your blending with a Bullet to fill it almost to the blend and blend the heck out of it. I added crystal light to the vanilla but nothing to the chocolate. I tried a couple other things but NOPE!. Please drink your Opti as you have read its very important, I am not going to go into it telling u again, but u do need to cals and protein.
