Lauren's Hope has a FAQ http://www.laurenshope.com/faqs that suggests what to put on the tag. I've seen some posts where people modified the "no ng tube" to "no blind ng tube".

The race isn't given to the swift nor the strong, but it's given to the ones who endure it to the end...
I really suggest to keep it simple.
I put no sugars on mine and wish I didn't. I NEED sugar to combat low blood sugar incidents which is fairly common. I put no NSAIDS and I wish I didn't. Give me aspirin in a heartbeat if I'm having a heart attack.
Keep it simple.
