Question re: immune system post-op

Hello!

I am two and a half months out from my Surgery. I have caught colds, etc so many times. Definitely more often than I would have pre-op. Does anyone else have that problem? Are our immune systems not as strong? Thanks for any insight.

I am suffering my first cold post op and I am almost 17 months post and its pretty mild! I am the healthiest I have ever been... Mine seems to be strong

I'm pre-op so I am really not sure but maybe your lacking a vitamin. I know that in general when I take my vitamins and eat properly my immune system works better. Sorry not much help, but just a thought. Hope your feeling better soon;)

Thanks Ladies! I have my first set of bloodwork done at the end of the month. It'll be interesting to see if all of my levels are where they should be there are a lot of people sick at work, etc, so maybe it is just a fluke. I have been very good with my eating as well, so I don't think that is an issue. I thought it was worth seeing other people's experiences though thanks for weighing in! :)
