D - 5 oz maple salmon
couple of bites of Caesar salad
couple of grilled asparagus spears
1 small roasted fingerling potato
few bites of carrot cake
glass of sauvignon blanc

Today is just a relaxing day for me. It's snowing here. GREAT day to stay in bed!!
I am having one of "those" food days. I'm hungry but don't know what I want to eat. Getting in my vitamins and liquids.

I ended up having a rough evening and went to bed around 730.

Toronto missed the snow just wet and gloomy. Wish I could of stayed in bed. Work today then home. Must use the treadmill!

Managed not to eat any of my co-workers candy yesterday. Like most addictions it is one day at a time. I will not have any today.
4 Months +
Yesterday I had a bad tummy. Woke up at 4 am with huge cramps, 3 separate movements (sorry tmi I know) – had major gas all day and only got in 3631 steps.
Booking our trip to Europe today – excited but slightly worried about eats etc. Not going until Sept so I should have a good grasp on it by then. I know my arse will fit the plane seat better than it did the last time we went - 2 years ago!
B- fried egg, back bacon
S- greek vanilla with protein powder
Lunch – ½ c tuna salad, melba, pickles
S- 1/2 c grapes - 30 g old cheese
Dinner – TVP chili babybel light

Good morning. Snow or rain...it's cold and dark out there. Makes a lot of us feel drained. I got up and went for a swim this morning. Spinning at lunch.
B: goat yogurt mix
S: queen street bread and peanut butter
L: Beef stew
S: Venti skinny latte with protein (it's my freebie, so I always get a huge one and load it up!)
D: chicken with feta and asparagus and steamed kale.
Numbers aren't done just yet, but probably around 1,000 over 100 protein
Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
