Good morning,

I had a crazy week for numbers. I clocked in 190 km! It was a big workout week for my IronMan training, whi*****luded a lot of running, 5 spin classes (back to back on Saturday), and swimming. It's helping with my sleep, so this makes me happy!!

We might be done our challenge this week. More ideas are welcome for a new challenge.

24.8 for me and Waist Management.

How about picking a point in North America or the world that we would like to visit and push on?  Like Key West or Paris?

Hi Kelly:

since I hurt my butt I can't walk very far, maybe a town block, it's not improving very quickly so I think I'm just holding my Smokin' A's back, would you remove me from the team for awhile please.

Butt, ha ha, I want to resume again when I'm healed or whatever!!

I had a pretty good week. Totals are 40 kms. Maybe we should see how far around the world me can make it. I always wanted to go around the world and this would probably be the only way I would make it. LOL

50 km for Waist Management this week.  Did my first run outside yesterday (had been running on the treadmill), and loved it!  Was worried, as everyone told me how much harder it was to run outside...my pace might have been a bit slower, but it was so much better on every other level (nature, interactive, plus not staring at stupid clock the whole time)!  Managed to do my 5km in 32 minutes...it was great!
