"Dumping"

Anyone else think this term sounds like it was invented by a 13 year old boy?  

Many people don't even know what it is.  Many people thinking it's throwing up or pooping. Lol

I thought it was pooping fast right after you eat something with too much sugar or fat.  With very bad pain.  Am I close?

People can have diarrhea as a result of dumping .. But when most of us talk about dumping, it is the body's reaction to sugar primarily.  Eat too much sugar and you may be laying down, feeling nauseous, heart palpitations and severe cramping.  You feel like you want to die any time soon.  Sometimes happens as a result of fat. 

You may throw up or her diarrhea especially as a result of fat but true dumping is usually the stuff above.
