Eggs make me nauseous. It was never the case before surgery and I'm quite upset since I love eggs and they are a great source of protein. Otherwise everything is good.
Mine is pasta. Used to love it. Now I can't eat it. Any carbonated beverages make me I'll just to smell them. Honestly I have not touched it since I began my journey. At one time I was a 2 litre a day regular cola drinker. Now I stick to water and enhanced water once in a while.
