TCC Numbers Please

Good morning,

I'm without a FitBit, so I can really only put in actual mileage...but I think I worked it all out. Swimming was big on the training list this week, so i'm a bit low on mileage. I tried to use an app on my phone for steps, but it wasn't great. So i'm calculating 97 kms for this week.

 

How did everyone do?

 

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

When I was swimming I justed asked the life guide the length of the pool. How many lengths were in a kilo. For me I was impressed when I got to 1/2k. Now that it is warming up I should get back to swimming. It does not give me a lot of steps but it is a great workout especially for my upper body.

I am impressed i got 35.7 kilo. This week. I fell on Thursday and hurt my tail bone. I did not do much movement for 2 days. Hopefully with the nicwe weather I will get moving more.

45KM for me for the Smokin' A's - all running - this 1/2 marathon training is giving me an extra run during the week and my other runs have been longer, too!

Little better this week. 23 km for the Smokin' A's. Got out for a walk and a run on the weekend, since it was so nice. Spring might actually be coming!! Only 10 weeks away till my first 10K run. Yikes!!

Mine is down it is 60k. 30k was from around the Bay Race. The race was a real good one for me. The only thing is I need to figure out my stomach. I had issues and even with issues I did a great time for me.
