Good morning all. Will get some walking in today. Need to deliver a proposal for work. I could get a courier but I need the steps. Will go once my feet thaw out from the ride to work.

I find I really do not need the protein bars and shakes so much now. But I have been having trouble with the candy at work so having a bar instead of candy I hope.

One of my co-workers has a son with epilepsy. So we are wearing purple today for him.

b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries

s apple, baby bel

l chili, source yogurt

s pure protein bar

I need to do that too, Pat - do the protein bar thing instead of the candy crap. It's a good strategy - if only I would just DO it. :)

RNY - Almost 7 months

I haven't been posting or reading much but will start to get back at it again. Been off having fun and being out and about. Down 135 lbs and feel awesome, it isn't so much for me what goal weight I am striving for but what healthy looks like for me.

L- Beef Meatballs, steamed veggies (tried a bite of sausage... not going to do that again, so does not feel good)
