Good morning,
I didn't see this started so I started.
No plans today, just a couple of walks with the pooch and getting things ready for the work week. Have to get Dh packed for a week in Windsor.
What is everyone else doing today?
B- protein coffee, 1 egg 2 melba toast, 1/2 mandarine
L- 2 oz chicken 1/4 cup grilled veggies w/ sweet chili thai sauce (leftover from last night)
S- 3/4 cup mango protein shake
D- 2 oz chicken 1/2 cup spinach salad LF Poppyseed dressing
S- greek yogurt w/ SF pudding powder.

Good morning all. Off to church shortly. The dog will have to wait for his long wal****il after . Need to do housework. My daughter and her boyfriend are coming to dinner. Her mail still comes here. At least this keeps her coming home. LOL Went to the Eddie Bauer sale yesterday. Love that I can but size 10. Some were even a little lose.

Pretty boring day for me. I got up and made some brownies for my boyfriend and we wandered the mall for a couple of hours. I don't mind baking them and love the smell of the house afterwards but I'm sure to bring them to his place so there is less temptation for me to eat them.

L - 100g raw zucchini cut to resemble pasta, 1/4 cup ground beef, 1/2 cup kale topped with 1 tbsp parmesan
S - 1 slice of Swiss cheese
D - protein shake
S - 1 slice of Ryvita, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
