Good morning Barb, enjoy your day in the sun. You might find you are coming back a little too soon. It is still cold.

My menu is boring today. Lunch salad with chicken I need to use up and probably a store cooked chicken tonight. I may change this depending on what I buy when shopping.

I have been trying Quest bars this week. I liked the chewy texture but the gas they created was unreal.

b oatmeal, yogurt

l salad with chicken

s pure protein bar

d chicken and salad

Off for a long walk with the dog

cal 1050 carb 100 prot 54.2

Will probably have some greek yogurt as a snack to up my protein

I am pre-op

Had my pre-op class last week so just meet the surgeon left before I get a surgery date.

Lazy Saturday at home - much needed after an extra long week of work. Migh****ch "Hunger games: catching fire" tonight.  Read the book and would be interested to see how it compares.  More snow this morning - when will it end?

b - source sf strawberry greek yogurt

l - source sf strawberry greek yogurt

d - low carb high protein toast with peanut butter cocoa protein spread*

s - lentil ham soup
