B - protein shake with 25g chopped kale blended in

 

S - 1 cheese stick

 

L - tilapia, 1/4 cup Cookin' Greens, 1 tbsp seafood sauce

 

S - 25g chopped kale, 21g cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp homemade honey mustard dressing

 

D - 8 shrimp, 1 tbsp seafood sauce

 

S - 1 cheese stick

 

Calories 636, Protein 87g, Carbs 19g, Fiber 4g, Sugar 11g, Fat 22g
