Trans Canada Challenge. I started the Challenge in January and we have teams competing with posting their mileage each week. Eventually I will be able to post how far we have traveled across Canada, but haven't had much luck with their site thus far!

Good luck with your WLS!! You'll have many NSVs for sure!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

Sorry, I am a day late! I had 21km for the Smokin' A's. Hopefully this week will be warmer and can get back out running outdoors. Just not the same on the treadmill!
