I added that wrong. Much less now, but still a nice number, 139.5 km

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

That would be 62.5km for Waist Management this week -- includes some rowing and some running in there. Better than last week!

I have 36.94 kms for last week. I am down and out with another head cold... got most of my numbers in by Wednesday last week. I cannot wait until winter is over!

I am longing for the nice weather! It has been such a long winter....can't wait for it to be over!!

I am going to start biking to work once it warms up a bit...so excited to try this!
