Referred to Guelph, Dec. 3/12. Orientation: Mar 7/13. NUT/SW/RN Jun 18/13. Nutrition Class Jul 3/13. NUT/SW/RN Aug 19/13. Post-op Nutrition Class Dec 30/13. Approval for surgery from Dr. Jules Foute Nelong Feb 10/14. Surgery Apr 23/14.

Thanks so much. I am really starting to get anxious. One more day to work tomorrow and heading to Ottawa Wednesday to spend the night for surgery Thursday!!!

Hi there, just wanted to let you know, as of yesterday while at Pre op my surgery date was changed from the 9th of April to the 14th. I cant seem to be able to change it here on this site? Anyways just wanted to let you know. Thanks....also, sorry I find this website confusing, but a BIG THANK YOU to whom takes the time to write out this surgery schedule..everyone please give this person a BIG ROUND OF APPLAUSE!!
