RNY  4 Years 11 Months Post Op

Morning

Golfing again this morning....my body is beat so I would really like to just relax and read today....hopefully tomorrow......

 

STEPS - 10,250

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

S - 1 pure protein bar

 

S - Smuckers Crustables P/B & Jelly

 

L - 1/2 cup of tuna salad

 

D - 1.5 cups of Pasta with chicken - heavy on the chicken....few bites of pasta

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,423,  Carbs - 81 grams,  Fat - 70 grams,  Protein - 120 grams

 

All water.....vits

Now my elliptical is acting up – urgh – oh well DH will have to check it out tonight! So steps were not where I wanted them for yesterday – 8439

Going to try to stay home today and do some cooking.

B- cheese and mushroom omelette

S- mixed unsalted nuts

Lunch –honey ham, swiss and dill pickle

S- greek yogurt, protein powder

Dinner –tvp chili, crackers

Morning Barb and everyone. I am just starting to feel better and back to work today..

B- hard boiled egg and tea.

S- protein bar.

L- some green beans steamed and chicken.

S- bean salad.

D- chicken and green beans again..

S- 4 melba rounds and laughing cow. fruit sorbet..

Happy St Patrick's day to everyone. Barb your steps are awesome. Hope you enjoy your golf.

Going to see Tootsie tonight with my sil. I have packed my dinner. Last two times I went I felt ill from the food at the food court. Hard to find something healthy. I did however forget my almonds for the show. Must not have there over priced over salted popcorn!

Morning all

We are going out for Mexican food, of all things, for St. Patrick's Day. I will have half a green beer, just because. (i'm not a beer drinker, but I like to take part...like at 7 a.m. during the Gold Medal hockey game)

Crazy Monday for me! Up at 230 am to get DH off to Toronto for the week, I started work @ 430 this morning until 1230. Home to walk the doggie and get things ready for work tomorrow. Cook some dinner for myself and then off to a Union Meeting (yay... ) @ 5pm until ??? then home to bed!

 

B- 1/4 cup FF cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup source cherry yogurt, mandarine.

S- top of a small bran muffin

L- 2 oz baked ham 1/4 cup broccoli

D- 3 oz Lilydale Turkey Breast, 1/4 cup kale salad w/ poppyseed dressing

S- 1/3 cup greek yogurt w/ SF pudding powder.
