RNY  4 Years 11 Months Post Op

Morning

Golfing this morning....I have a great foursome today of good golfers.....so looking forward to a serious game.......home tonight and a chance to be alone....looking forward to it

 

STEPS - 10250 plus 1 hour of weights

 

EATS

B - 2 mugs of regular coffee

    Premier protein shake

 

S - Smuckers Crustables P/B and Jelly

 

L - cup of tomato basil soup

    1/2 cup of tuna salad

 

S - 4 triscuits with 1 oz of pepper jack cheese

 

D - 1 TB of P/B on an Arnolds wheat thin

 

S - Dannon light and fit Greek yogurt

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,299,  Carbs - 125 grams,  Fat - 40 grams,  Protein - 91 grams

 

All water....3 litres....all vits

Good Morning,

Barb, yay for alone time! Enjoy your golf game today :)

Mild weather here this morning, the dog and I have already been out for our walk. Did most of the household chores yesterday, laundry and groceries today. DH is home for the weekend and he brought a nasty headcold with him! We will be having a relaxing weekend, and that is just fine by me!

 

B-2 ham cheese pickle roll ups, protein coffee

S-Source greek yogurt cup

L- egg  fritta made with 1 egg mushrooms, ham, onion, and feta, 2 melba toasts

S- Pure Protein bar

D- Tikka Chicken Marsala ( made with milk instead of cream) 1 tbls Basmati rice

S-Greek yogurt with SF pudding powder.

Heading out shortly for a walk with the dog. Hope the rain holds off. Late last night I decided to pull apart a cupboard. So today i need to finish the job and clean up the mess I made. Errands and grocery shopping. Not much in the house.

Steps 6130 –DH is to pick up the oil for my treadmill today!
