2nd times the charm!!

So I finished my first day of Opti with no hicups! Yah!! But hold on now...in January I also completed my first day of Opti and by day 2 mid afternoon I got a call from TEG that my surgery was posponed until April 2. It was a little difficult getting mentally prepared again so I pray day 2 will pass as I continue this exciting journey. 

I'm still blown away they postponed your surgery BUT it CAN'T happen again Enjoy Opti you are so close to goal line now!!

Congrats on completing your second first day of Optifast.  I am praying that nothing is postponed this time around.

everything happens for a reason....not sure why or what it was , but put it behind you....chug down that opti and prepare yourself for the change of a lifetime !!!

Congrats on getting thru your first day of Opti !  I'm about a week and half thru and have two more weeks of it.  Like you, my surgery was postponed from Feb. 10 to April 1st.  (two weeks today - YIKES) Got home from work last night and received my notice of my pre-op appointment scheduled for next Tuesday.  It's all feeling very real now. 

Just take each day as it comes - don't think about what may or may not happen.  Just live in the moment knowing that you're one day closer to a new and exciting journey you're embarking upon!
