Oh my nasty!!!

So why Optifast?  I am curious as I was never advised to get a certain brand of meal replacement.  I went to Popeye's, a body builder's paradise and got a meal replacement there.  About $50 for a huge jar, about 36 meals, and high protein...anYwhere from 20-30 g per serving  100 Cals, 0 ft 5-9 sugars.....   A bazillion flavours, including fruit ones, which are a lot easier to swallow.......  Anyone ever ask their doctor if they can use other meal replacements?
