The sun is so deceiving... although beautiful, still very cold! The only walking going on today will be indoor.
Today’s menu is ...
B- Oatmeal with ground flax & cinnamon
Snack- Coffee with 2% milk
L- 1% Cottage cheese with ketchup
S- Extra lean diced turkey and diced tomatoes
Snack- Greek yogurt and mixed berries
Cal-623, Carbs-59, Fat-14, Protein-70 Sugar-28, Chol-106
Good morning I have only really thought of breaky which is 2 oopsie bread and two egg whites and coffee. I been feeling very discouraged for a few days that all this hard work is getting me nowhere :( I even took off my fitbit and don't even feel like going to the pool :( its just getting me this week :(
Very common. You have done so much work I can understand your frustration. I thought they would never get around to me. It took 14 mths from start to finish and I did not have to do any extra tests. It is easy for me to say just hang in there but please know we are all routing for you. Try to do something nice for yourself to take your mind off it. Perhaps a manicure or hair cut. Whatever helps you to get it off your mind for a while.
