Morning

Off to golf in a few minutes....one more day and I can get back to normal routines

STEPS. 8879

EATS

B. Premier protein shake

 

S - Nature Valley crunchy granola bar.....poor choice.....soon they will be gone and not purchased again

 

S. Crustables p/b & jelly

 

l. Small green salad with side of dressing

    1/2cup of tuna salad

    cup of tomato soup

 

D.  Carabbas Italian restaurant  for pecan crusted tilapia and veg

    glass of red wine

3 months +

Steps 5400 didn't get my treadmill eliptical in. Just finished the treadmill this am got a warning that my belt needs oiling. I hope DH gets to it before tomorrow morning but he's been very busy with work. 

I don't know about you Barb but I like getting company; I also like when they leave!

B- fried egg, pc blue menu sausage round

S- danone silhouette greek vanilla yogurt, all max protein powder welch’s frozen strawberries/blueberries

Lunch –ham/cheese roll up, mustard for dipping! Celery

S- babybel light, grimm’s turkey pepperette

Dinner –pork chop mushroom rice (small serving and has killed my carbs for the day!) roasted brocoli

FITNESS PAL Calories 1017 Carbs 79 (a lot I know) Fat 31 Protein 96

I do not think your carbs are high. For me i look at what is causing the carbs. If it is healthy choices and I am exercising I do not sweat it. I know some people would disagree but we do need some healthy carbs just not the refined crap

Good morning . Enjoy your golf. Here you would be slogging through about a foot of snow and -17 degree weather with a wind chill warning. It is suppose to go up to a balmy -7.  This is mid March for goodness sake. Did I mention I am really tired of winter!

Suppose to go out tonight. I am at the point where It is so hard to go out once I get home. But I do not think hibernating is improving my mood

RNY, 1 Year Post-Op

Good morning!  It's been a busy time for me lately so I haven't been on here as much as I would like. 

Today I plan to get on the bike for 1/2 an hour, and do some of my upper body strength exercises.

Here's my plan for the day:

B - Greek yogurt with berries and all bran buds, protein bar

S - Pepperettes and cheese

L - Tuna salad, spinach salad

S - Apple with almond butter

D - Ham roll-ups

S - Cottage cheese with cinnamon/splenda, SF jello

Totals - 1,428 calories, 107g carbs, 54g fat, 38g protein

My iron infusion knocked the crap out of me yesterday. No exercise today. Still reeling a bit today. Very unusual for me to react, so it threw me off-guard

B: goat yogurt w source and chia seeds and hemp hearts

L: queen street millet bread with peanut butter

S: say cheese diet cheesecake
