I am four months out since my rny and i have lost 60 pounds,  however i have not lost anything for almost a week and a half,  i am so afraid

that this is all the weight i am going to lose. i still have about 100 more to go.  Is this normal? is it possible i have stopped losing?

Thanks

Just stick to the plan and you will definitely still lose. stalls are normal and sometimes last for weeks. hang in there!

I would suggest going "back to basics". I think with any new habit, especially new eating habits, over time the novelty wears off a bit and the rules become more lax. Check your protein count daily, track your water, watch out for sneaky extra carbs and make sure you are moving. Stalls happen no doubt, so don't worry - if you're doing this process 'by the book', you will lose weight. I know I have to be very honest with myself as I tend to become overly comfortable over time and get a little lazy with my plan. Most importantly, congrats on your hard work to date :)

You are on track (generally 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months...)... stalls are going to happen... some last a few days, some last a few weeks.. THROW AWAY THE SCALE.... It will drive you nuts!

Your body is adjusting to the drop in weight. You will lose :)

I always tell people before the have their surgery, measure certain parts of their bodies. You may not lose weight at some points BUT you can lose inches!

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

TOTALLY NORMAL!!!

Do not stress girl, you may step on the scale in a day and see you have lost a few lbs!!! I go through stalls that last 3 weeks all the time and I am 8 months out.

I have somewhere in my blog, my weight which I logged every few days or weeks. You can see it stayed the same for a bit then would plummit down.

You will do it do not worry. Stick with the plan given and it is impossible to fail then. :)

Best of luck chica!!

That is my weight loss which I kept in a journal. It helps me stay on track and mark the pattern of plateaus so I do not stress too much when I am at a stall, because I can see I always lose after.
