One month Post op Update

Update on one month post op... Im feeling great, sometimes still tired at times, had the dreaded 3 week stall ect, today it broke... so here is the break down, starting weight at Optifast 330 pounds, Surgery Weight 311, todays weight 289!!!! 41 pounds gone forever.

Referred to Guelph, Dec. 3/12. Orientation: Mar 7/13. NUT/SW/RN Jun 18/13. Nutrition Class Jul 3/13. NUT/SW/RN Aug 19/13. Post-op Nutrition Class Dec 30/13. Approval for surgery from Dr. Jules Foute Nelong Feb 10/14. Surgery Apr 23/14.

Congrats!! That three week stall is a bugger but it's necessary, and you'll have many more ;) Keep up the good work!!
