Mahi Mahi is a little like swordfish...not as tasty or expensive....but its firm fleshed.....don't think you will find it in Ontario.......my fav fish is sea bass....expensive....but you don't need much and its so delicious.....just a squeeze of lemon and pepper

Good morning all. Enjoy your company Barb. I had Mahi Mahi in Cuba. I do not like a lot of fish but liked that one, especially grilled.

Hope to get more steps today. Will walk to TWH for support group tonight. I have not been a quite a while.

I'm going to go tonight as well. I've never been before. What time do you meet in the cafeteria? I'll be wearing brown nerdy cat-eye shaped glasses and I have med. brown coloured hair (chin-length bob). See you there.

We usually get there around 6:30. Some people like me do not go home from work but go right there to kill time. Look forward to meeting you.

Pat, when I got to 103 you were chatting with someone and I didn't want to interrupt you. Then I realized that sitting next to you meant sitting in front of the lecturn, and not realizing how the session would run, worried I would be craning my neck all evening! I have been having some neck trouble lately so that was a no-no. I really enjoyed the session, and unless something comes up, I definitely plan on being at the next one! Maybe I'll say hello next time and not be so shy
