Skating :)
I bought myself skates when I hit my 100 lbs lost in January and finally got the courage this weekend to try them out. This picture is of me skating with my 6 year old daughter on the Rideau canal in Ottawa. So happy with this whole journey so far

That is so wonderful I can't wait to get enought weight off to try that. I see all kinds of people on her talk about running but I have never had any interest in that but I hope next winter I will have enought wieght off that I could try skating again. I have always loved it but have never been good at it but really want to learn how to stop and go backwards lol. Your looking fantastic, good job.
I did the same...loved it...I always felt left out when the rest of the fam was on the ice and I was "jus****ching"...great fun!
