Heading south again tonight....yeah I know but someone's got to do it....I actually would be happy to stay home....eats are going to be very different today.....I am going to almost graze...which is the kiss of death for weight loss surgery patients, IMO........my flight is very late tonight.....so I know I will need some food on the plane
STEPS - forgot my fitbit south.....estimating 6500
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
S - 50 calorie Oikos greek yogurt
L - 1 slice of Hawaiian pizza
S - 1/2 cup of chick pea salad
cup of tomato soup
D - 1/4 cup of mixed nuts
glass of merlot
small amount of chicken curry
small roll

Not feeling well this morning, aches and sore throat....going to have a pj day I think.
B-protein coffee, 1/4 cup FF cottage cheese
L-turkey taco lettuce wraps (2)
S- 1/4 cup greek yogurt with blueberries
D- egg white fritata with ham, onion and mushroom. 1/2 slice ww toast
S- decafe tea 1/3 cup cherry yogurt.

Morning everyone, its still very cold up here..Busy weekend , i got a lot done..
B- tea and greek yogurt.
S- 4 melba rounds and laughing cow.
L- slow cooked corned beef 3 oz, with carrots and cabbage.
S- some grapes and water melon.
D- same as luch..
S- making roasted chick peas and maybe hard boiled egg.
I havent been on the scale in a bit , i really dont weigh myself much anymore...I tried on some jeans on the weekend I can fit in a SIZE 6..I was floored.....I have surpassed any expectations that i had before this surgery. I am happy with my size right now and if i dont lose another pound i would be fine with that, but i know it will still keep coming offsince i am only 8 months out.. I just want to make sure that i dont get too thin. That is last thing i thought i would ever say in my life lol...Have a great Monday..Krista..
Good morning Barb. If you really want to stay here anyone of us would volunteer to head south for you. LOL. The weather man says this should be the last really deep freeze. I just hope he is right. Had a very bad eating day yesterday. So back on the horse today. Now that this cold is going I hope to get back on my bike. I kept falling asleep last week.
