Morning
I've been up and going early the past two mornings.....just not enough time to begin this post.....pleased to say I have lost 6 pounds over the past 2 months of vacation.....will try to update my re-gain ticker if I can figure it out
No food in the house as I am leaving again tomorrow......so strange eats until dinner tonight....
STEPS - 6870
EATS
B - 1 large coffee
1 egg McMuffin
S - 1 McDonald's fruit and fibre muffin
Note....this is a terrible breakfast and snack......a rare occurrence for me
L - 1 Premier protein shake
D - 4.5 oz of baked salmon
couple of asparagus spears
1 baby potato
1 glass of wine
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,273, Carbs - 109 grams, Fat - 39 grams, Protein - 88 grams
All water.....vits....more decaf coffee

Sunny, Where do you get TVP? does it have a taste or after taste?
Going to visist my brother and sis inlaw today. Will stop at costco and get a few things. Hubby will be leaving late this afternoon for work in Toronto. I will be on my own for the next 4 to 5 months except for weekends.
B-protein coffee, 1 poached egg 1/2 slice well toasted ww bread
L-turkey taco lettuce wraps (2)
S-1/4 cup greek yogurt 2 small no egg no sugar no flour oatmeal cookies
D-2 oz roast chicken, 1/4 cup turnip & carrots mashed together,1 tablespoon mashed potatop, 2 teas gravy.
S-1/4 cup red grapes, 1/4 cup greek yogurt w/SF pudding powder mixed in.

I really try to stick to a routine, sometime i get alittle off track.
This week coming will be a challenge, I am off wor****il the 10 th and tend to get a little stir crazy when there is no structured routine. Hopefully I will be able to get out this week and walk with the doggie. I have put a list of chores together to get done this week as well.

Tanya I got the TVP from the Bulk Barn. I cannot taste it; I have put in in chili, that’s it so far. May stick some in my next burger etc. Would be weird not having hubby home during the week…

I am almost 3 weeks post op and still trying to figure out what is "normal".

Lunch spicy black bean soup
2 soda crackers
Snack 1/4 cup 1% milk
Dinner Crab salad 60 g
Mushroom soup 2 oz
Snack Protein Shake
No sugar added pudding with protein powder
Protein 72 grams Fat 24 g Cal 674 Carbs 44
All my water and vits too!
