What are you eating/doing this morning(Friday)
I guess Barb is getting acclimatised to the cold this morning. At work today . Was suppose to do zumba last night but fell asleep after dinner and didn't wake up in time. This clod is waering me out.
b greek yogurt, granola, blueberries
s hummus, carrot
l chili, yogurt
s pure protein bar
d chicken, salad
s wine

Starting to feel better. More pain with gall bladder surgery then RNY!
The sun is out here but it is decieving....it's very cold. Stay warm people
B- protein coffee, 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese.
L-1/2 cup beef chili (not sitting very well)
S-1 oz turkey meatloaf, small mandarine orange
D- 2 oz baked ham with 1/4 cup kale salad/poppyseed dressing
S-1/3 cup source yogurt, 2 gramham crackers.

Oh that cold was NASTY this morning - it was minus 28 as I stood waiting for a bus! Worst of all was the wind - it kept trying to bite me!
Much better this aft - the sun is nice and toasty and the wind has died down. What a relief.
B - oat bran with prunes and cinnamon, large coffee
S - 1% cottage cheese w blueberries and granola
L - 1/2 egg salad sandwich, apple juice
S - chocolate milk, protein bar
D - steamed fish w salad
12 weeks +
Cold, cold and more cold.
Getting at this late….
B- fried egg, slice of fat free swiss cheese, bacon 2 slices
S- oikos mango/peach with protein powder
Lunch –TVP chili
S- melba, hummus
Dinner –spaghetti sauce with spaghetti squash

So I thought I'd toss mine in for you all to see. (Never done this before as I'm just 1 month out of surgery.) But here goes!
B -- protein shake (mixed with 1% milk + water)
L -- greek yogourt with protein powder
D -- lean ground beef, cheese, a dab of sour cream (the family had tacos!)
S1 -- 2 slices turkey breast
S2 -- 2 triscuits with peanut butter
My Fitness Pal counts-- Cals: 695 Carbs: 35 Protein: 84
