I will be at TWH today. I will be there for a bone density test. Is anyone going to be there this afternoon??

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

The nurse asked why I hadn't had one before my rny... So she booked it when I was there for there for my 3yr followup

I guess they just want to check my bones :-)
