in the hospital..

talked to the surgeon yesterday and he insisted I drove the 2+ hours to emerg and be seen. Needless to say my hubby rushed home and got me down here. 

I was a bit ticked off that no matter how many times i said i was dr huynhs bariatric patientbit fell on deaf ears. I sat with the snotty noses for a few hours..but whatever. Eventually i had an xray which showed inflamation of the bowel. Because of my symptoms the think that i might have a twisted bowel and a hernia is the wall they tack your bowel to.

Needless to say i was admitted to the hospital..have had nothing to eat or drink since noon yesterday. hooked up to IV..i have morphine for pain..gravol for the dizziness. should be fixed up sometime today. 

Good thing I brought my pillow!

Better to be in hospital with an knowledgeable surgeon than not. Thinking of you....you`ll be better in no time.
