Hope you feel better soon Pat. I know what you mean about dogs. My chocolate lab loves me....but totally adores her Daddy! All things are dropped when he comes home. On a postivite it's a good sign when the dog likes the dog walker. It's kind of like the kids not wanting to leave the baby sitters!

Well its a lazy morning reading a good book and snuggling with my dogs. Life is good

Have some errands to run later this afternoon, then dinner with my Dad at Boston Pizza.

Brunch - apple, low carb flax muffins with berries and butter

S - sf chocolate pudding cup with protein powder mixed in

D - baked chicken wings from Boston Pizza. They are awesome.

S - low carb high protein toast with peanut butter, banana slices
