What are you doing/eating today ( Friday)

Morning Barb. I'm glad I got a FitBit Flex, because I basically wear it all the time. I washed my One a few times, and it still worked. I would forget it on runs too.

I do miss seeing the info, but it's right on my phone. And it doesn't do stairs. I got the 100 stair badge one day, so unless I climb the CN tower, I probably won't beat that anyway.

I was given the OK to exercise again, but have a busy weekend ahead and still dealing with fatigue, so I thought I would still rest. Might try a little run in the morning before our event.

B: protein coffee (I mixed Kaizen Whey Isolate with Chocorite peanut butter...yum)

S: goat yogurt mix (with hemp hearts and chia seeds)

L: quinoa salad with pulled pork

D: Wendy's small chili with cheese and sour cream

 Totals: Calories: 1,020 Carbs: 64 Fat: 38 Protein: 127 Fibre: 16 Sugar: 24

 

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

RNY, 16 months post op

Good morning, everyone!

Today I went for a 6 KM run (didn't have much time yesterday and today so ran 6KMs each day instead of 10KM one day). I plan to go on the bike tonight for 45 minutes as well.  Then a long 10KM run on Sunday.

Here's my eating plan for today:

B - Protein bar, banana after my run

S - Pepperettes, cheese string

L - Chicken salad (leftover shake/bake chicken from yesterday)

S - Egg, berries

D - Salmon, Asparagus

S - Jello, Cottage Cheese w/ Splenda and cinnamon

Totals - 1,620 calories, 124g carbs, 68g fat, 135g protein
