STEPS = cant believe I forgot my fitbit.....that is a rarity for me

B - 2 large mugs of regular coffee
Premier protein shake
L - California Pizza Kitchen Thai Crunch salad - 1/2 order.....will eat 2/3 of the 1/2
S- glass of sparkling water at the kick off party
D - cheeseburger with tomato - sweet onion and pickle - on an Arnolds 100 calorie thin
S - fruitaire Mango popsicle

All water and vits....more decaf coffee to stave off hunger

Good morning Barb. Sounds like a busy day. I am off to work shortly. The rain appears to have stopped but a lot of ice everywhere. I still have a great fear of falling. So it will be a slow walk to the streetcar today.

Went to get tires on my daughter’s car yesterday and it turned into a brake job too! Watched the Cdn Women’s hockey game at Canadian Tire. Glad I got my treadmill in and had over 10K steps despite sitting on my can for 4 hrs watching the Olympics in the waiting room. I have to say it was quite exciting everyone watching (including the mechanics)….huge explosion when the winning goal was scored.
I made the mistake of having a signature wrap at McDonalds. This is my first time there since my surgery. My daughter was hungry and I knew I needed something in my pouch – frigging carbs were out of this world – ashamed to say 88 – yes 88. Had I known that, I would have just ate the insides. Also I had my snack with me but the outing stretched out so long I should have had a protein bar in my car…. So my total carbs yesterday were 102 –It was only once so lesson learned !
B- omelette light feta purple onion milk
S- oikos peach mango 0% greek loaded with all max nutrition isonatural protein powder
Lunch –Greek Turkey burger so good! – onion, mustard – no bun
S- 25 g mixed nuts no peanuts unsalted (I have found these to have a laxative like effect on me so will have this quite often)
Dinner –TVP chilli

I don't have alot planned for today. A friend is going to stop by to visit me today and we are going to the pub for lunch :)
B- 2 egg omelet w/ham and cheese
L- probably french onion soup or another soup if they made one I like
D- my cheese crust pizza (Brok's style)
snacks- yoguart, banana
getting in my vitamins and fluids

Hello Im pretty new here so im just starting out :) I don't even have my surgery date yet but im starting to change my life now. I just made my first smoothie with a tangerine, Mango and peaches then I realized using a real tangerine was not a good idea after spitting pulp for a half hour trying to choke it down I re made it with OJ instead and it is 200% better :) and today im going to aqua fit class

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
