Surgery date!

Can I ask what your timeline was like at St. joes. That is the centre am going thru as well. They seem to slow, but it's giving me lots of time to prepare myself!

I'm not a good case study because the process for me has been longer than for others. Don't be discouraged by my dates, which are at the bottom of my message - last March during my ultrasound, they found a lesion on my pancreas. The first pancreatic surgeon they sent me to told me he'd see me in 18 months; fortunately another surgeon took me right away. After I saw him, they biopsied it, but the lab lost the sample and they couldn't re-biopsy until it filled with fluid again. 

It has been a frustrating 21 months, but if I'm being honest, it was probably good as I had a lot of time to reflect and mentally prepare.
