Well time sure has flown by. It seemed only the other day I was starting day 1 of Optifast. Now I am down to just 1 shake to drink. Three weeks of opti without one cheat, through superbowl and birhtday parties and pizza lunch at work has given me the knowledge that the next step I will also succeed at. To those starting Opti good luck you can do it. For those heading to the bench with me tomorrow congrats we made it. This girl is getting a new body part, hahaha well a new to me body part. See you on the other side everyone.
