Iron expert
Hi all! I haven't been here for a dog's age, but now am looking for someone with expert low-iron advice; not for me, for a friend...I remember there was a nurse? Red hair? So sorry I can't remember her name, but she was very up on iron deficiency...appreciate any help...Hello to all *****member me, I'm doing really well, 100 lbs. down, 10lb. regain, no worries...happy to have such energy....ta...mm

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
