TCC Stats - Sorry for the late post!

My weekend got away from me, and I forgot to post. Thanks for the thread that was started, I will grab stats from there.

Anyone else who didn't send stats in, please do so here.

I am still recovering and only got 24.5 for Smokin' A's. Back to the surgeon tomorrow. Hoping for the ok to get back to work. I finally feel well enough!

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

That would be 16 KM for the Smokin' A's! Sorry not as much as last week. The push is on this week to drop a few more as I have my one year f/u on the 26th. We will see what I can do to help the team this week!! LOL

Was hoping to do a few more kilometres last week, but unfortunately had a sick day somissed a day at the gym, plus I've had to take care of my fourteen year old cat who is ailing. Unfortunately, the cat won't make it (kidney failure)...I'm very sad. Will try to put some of that sadness into my running this week (rather than in a bag of potato chips...so far, so good...)

That being said, I did manage 55 km for the Waist Management team last week.
