B-1/2 cupp FF cottage cheese with blueberries, protien coffee

S- Small Mandarine orange

L- 3/4 cup chicken veggie soup (homemade), 4 crackers

S- 1/4 cup greek yogurt/jello pudding powder mix

D- 2 oz ground turkey, 1/2 cup kale salad w/ poppyseed dressing

S- 1/2 cup Source cherry yogurt

So Sick last week Tuesday-Sunday.

Exercise today: zero still too congested.

Eats

B: 1/2 P28 bagel, 1 tbsp P28 peanut butter, sliced banana

S: 1/2 quest bar

L: 1/2 quest bar

S: apple, tuna in olive oil, rice crackers

D: 4 oz steak, greek yogurt cup

S: hummus, cucumber, rice crackers, greek yogurt cup

You all don't know how I love reading these daily menus.  I am a newbie.  Sleeved on 2/4 and this always gives me new ideas and encouragement.  You all are so very creative.  Keep it up please!

Hi Pam and All!

Another snow storm – another day I drive my kid into school. It is horrible out there and this really is getting old. Just spent the last hour in my closet - lots of very nice surprises! Yay me!

B- Premier Protein Shake

S- hummus and carrot

Lunch –Wendy’s small chili

S- iogo blueberry greek yogurt – all max protein powder

Dinner –Shrimp, brussel sprouts

FITNESS PAL Calories 829 Carbs 70 Fat 17 Protein 105
