What are you doing/eating today ( Monday)
Good morning Barb, Sounds like a fun week. I just read this has been the worst weather since 1976-7. You picked a good year to retire to warmer weather. It may not be real hot but it is better than here.
Had another good walking day 10, 915. Looks like a nice sunny day out there so off for another long walk this morning. The ice cliffs at the waters edge are quite cool.

RNY, 18 Months Post Op
I am still really struggling with my regain - I'm not losing it and I think it has a lot to do with letting carbs get back into my life. Trying to kicks start some weight loss this week by being really strict on carbs.
I ran 10KM this morning at the gym, and spent some time being active with the kids which was nice.
Here's my eating plan for today:
B - 1/2 paleo bagel with 1/2 tbsp. almond butter
S - Protein shake with SF syrup
L - Pepperettes, cheese string, gouda cheese, orange (was out with the kids so not many good options and have stopped buying protein bars).
S - Apple with almond butter, SF jello
D - Butter chicken, asparagus
S - Cottage cheese with splenda and cinnamon
Totals - 1416 calories, 114g carbs. 56g fat, 121g protein
