Weight Loss Gadets?
IMHO, myfitnesspal is THE best. It has a HUGE data base and also syncs with your fitbit. Up until I had my fitbit, I used mapmywalk app which was good but it drained my phone battery too easily. That's why I LOVE My fitbit.
If you want to save money, you really only need the fitbit zip. I have the ONE but don't really use the feature for sleep.

In addition to the fitbit force I have I also picked up an Aria Scale. It tracks your weight and body fat percentage and automatically uploads it to you fitbit account.

i have a watch that tracks calories burned during a workout and also tracks your heart rate as well...i have not used it yet as I have not started the gym yet but i have read reviews on it and alot of people have it, which is what led me to purchase it...its called polar and they have different models...so just do your research and buy the item you feel is best for you...good luck

Another cool thing about the Polar brand is that many of the treadmills, ellipticals, or bikes (at least in my area) will communicate with them. This means that the machine will display your heart rate even without having to keep your hands on those stupid plates the whole time. Much more relaxing!
I'm doing a giveaway on my Facebook page (listed below) for the FitBit Flex. The draw is on Feb. 28th :-)
