VSG - Sept.17, 2013 - Dr. Jackson, SW - 285.5 lbs, C W - 219 lbs, Total lost - 66.5 lbs

I've just completed my first 2 weeks back to work and I've been trying to fit everything in (work, gym, water, vitamins, posting here...) and not succeeding. Got really upset and started looking for snacking foods. Picked up some Mary's crackers--had a few--- then stopped myself. In the past my go to soother was carbs ... instead of continuing, I threw them away and reassessed. Conclusion...I'm not perfect... so ... introduce gym slowly until 3 days a week is as automatic as brushing your teeth ... put the alarm on your cell to remind you to take vitamins ... make sure water is with you so its a visible reminder. Most importantly, I had to remind myself that this is a life time process, not a 6 month fix...a lifestyle/mind style change.

Thanks for letting me expose some of my internal dialogue with you. It really helps. Posting here is important to my accountability and when I can, I will.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day and enjoys a relaxing Family Day. ox

Congratulations on getting this under control. It can seem over whelming at times. It is easy to fall back into old habits.

Hope your Family Day is relaxing
